At wake the f up, we believe that creativity is a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing and expanding one’s consciousness. Take inspiration from the beautiful surroundings of our retreat center. Outdoor art sessions allow you to connect with nature and incorporate its beauty into your creations.Some activities we offer:  

  • Painting and Drawing: Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, our workshops cater to all skill levels. Explore various techniques and mediums under the guidance of our experienced instructors.
  • Sculpture and Pottery: Get your hands dirty and shape your visions into reality. Our pottery and sculpture classes provide a tactile, immersive experience.
  • Creative Writing: Express your thoughts and emotions through the written word. Our creative writing sessions encourage introspection and personal growth.
  • Mixed Media and Crafts: Experiment with different natural materials from the land (rocks, wood, dead insects, etc.) and create unique pieces of art that will forever stay in the center.

Based on our founder’s research and experience, here are some value that can be found in activating your creative side: 

Inner Peace: Engaging in creative activities allows you to enter a state of flow, where time seems to stand still. This meditative process can help reduce stress and bring a sense of calm and inner peace.
